WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Analyze and process a high volume of Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders. Enter and process change orders in the ERP system. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate, timely processing. Coordinate with Engineering team members and Procurement to ensure project requirements are meeting defined timelines. Will also be responsible for maintaining long lead/back-order reports. Expedite responses, corrections/solutions where applicable with the engineering team and other departments where applicable. Maintain individual workflow to ensure ease of obtaining current ECR/CO status and prioritize individual work. Assist Procurement with PO creation for Professional Engineering and Third-Party vendors (Fire Alarm, Stairs and Platforms, etc.) Run bi-weekly check-in meetings with Project Managers. Take notes for Bi-Weekly Production Meetings and CAD Status Meetings. Should maintain CAD Status Pivot Table. Schedule internal kick-off meetings upon PO capture. Maintain Project Management Metrics Maintain Field Service schedule. Should work internally with Field Service Technician and Project Managers. Support Project Managers with other miscellaneous tasks

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience (3 years plus) in similar role and industry preferred.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Experience navigating and finding information in ERP system is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive with changing business environment and circumstances.
