You’ll coordinate jobs for people dealing with real property damage. You’ll work alongside Project Managers to keep jobs moving forward. You’ll deal with insurance friction, documentation, and constant moving pieces. You’ll be expected to stay organized under pressure and not miss details. This role matters. If you drop the ball, the job stalls. If you’re on it, everything runs.

Requirements

• 1+ year in admin, office, or customer service preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• You show up. On time. Every day.
• You don’t need constant direction—you figure things out
• You’re organized, but you don’t move slow
• You can handle pressure without shutting down
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You’re tech-savvy and pick up systems quickly
• You want to grow—not sit in the same role for 5 years
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, crews, and internal teams
• Track and update job progress daily (no gaps, no guessing)
• Build and support estimates using industry software
• Review photos, docs, and job files for accuracy and completeness
• Keep Project Managers dialed in with clean, current files
• Manage multiple active jobs at once without losing control
• Jump in wherever needed to keep jobs moving
