About The Position

INTUITIVE® is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to directly support US Army customers in an ongoing Quality Assurance task for a variety of military products. The role involves managing complex programs to ensure priorities are properly assessed and addressed to meet requirements, verify compliance, and ultimately deliver high quality items to the warfighter. This position is responsible for managing taskers across multiple task tracking systems and assisting with day-to-day operations across the department. The Project Coordinator will also efficiently track, manage, plan, and coordinate activities to ensure task completion, specifically related to Quality Surveillance and Verification activities including various audits, Product Quality Assessments (PQAs), First Article Testing (FAT), and National Maintenance Programs (NMP). Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication across technical disciplines and geographic locations, creative problem-solving for efficiency, and a detail-oriented perspective. The ultimate goal is to identify and remove non-conforming parts and materials to ensure Army programs succeed in their mission.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree
• 7 years of related experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
• Experience with Power BI
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
