Project Coordinator

MRA Recruiting ServicesHopkins, MN
$30 - $40Hybrid

About The Position

Signature Pools is a locally owned, high-end custom pool builder serving the Twin Cities area. We build beautiful, durable pools and outdoor-living spaces — and we're looking for a sharp, organized Project Coordinator to help keep our projects running smoothly. This is a part-time position, typically 20–30 hours per week during our busy spring, summer, and fall seasons, with lighter hours in the winter. You'll work closely with our sales team, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and customers — helping manage the details that keep high-quality projects on track from start to finish. This role is office-based, but will occasionally require you to be at the field on job sites. There's real room to grow here. The right person could develop into a larger project management, estimating, or operations role over time.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communicator — with customers, crews, and vendors alike
  • Proactive and comfortable following up until things get done
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) and valid driver's license are required

Nice To Haves

  • Pool or construction experience is a plus, but not required. Work ethic, good judgment, and dependability matter more.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, permits, inspections, and material deliveries
  • Help build and manage project schedules and track progress through completion
  • Keep internal teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and next steps
  • Provide proactive updates to customers and help answer questions along the way
  • Document project details, track job costs, and maintain accurate records in our project management systems
  • Help coordinate projects that may include landscaping, patios, grading, and other outdoor-living work

Benefits

  • We value people who take initiative, communicate well, and care about doing things right.
  • If you're someone who likes making sure the details are covered and enjoys being part of a team that takes pride in their work — we'd love to hear from you.
