About The Position
1SP Agency is seeking a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the implementation of retail, POS, and shopper marketing projects for the German and international markets. This role requires excellent German language skills (minimum B2/C1) for daily communication with promoters, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, enjoy communicating with people, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, event management, retail, marketing, or a comparable field.
- Excellent German language skills (minimum B2/C1) – mandatory.
- Good English language skills for working in an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.

- A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Confident handling of digital tools and software.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in POS, retail marketing, promotions, or field marketing.

- Knowledge of project management software and/or AI tools that support daily project work.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the operational coordination of projects from planning and preparation to successful execution at the point of sale.
- Coordinating promoter and field sales teams throughout project execution.
- Communicating with promoters, service providers, and internal teams in German.
- Supporting the selection and organization of project staff together with the Recruiting team.
- Preparing and maintaining project briefings, documentation, and operational guidelines.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collecting feedback from on-site teams and supporting continuous quality improvements.
- Preparing project reports and summaries.
