About The Position

CGI is seeking a Project Coordinator to support execution of a large-scale HR hiring ramp. This role will focus on tracking, coordination, and process adherence to ensure consistent candidate flow, visibility, and execution across the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or analyst roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to operate in structured, process driven environments

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems, tracking tools, and reporting
  • Experience supporting HR, recruiting, or workflow based processes

Responsibilities

  • Maintain real time tracking of candidate pipeline (status, stage, ownership)
  • Monitor candidate progression across screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Support interview scheduling and coordination across stakeholders
  • Track SLAs (resume review, interview feedback, disposition timelines)
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and status updates
  • Monitor shared inboxes, queues, and intake channels
  • Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely execution
  • Support onboarding coordination (background checks, system access, equipment readiness)
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems (ATS, trackers, reporting tools)
