CGI is seeking a Project Coordinator to support execution of a large-scale HR hiring ramp. This role will focus on tracking, coordination, and process adherence to ensure consistent candidate flow, visibility, and execution across the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or analyst roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Ability to operate in structured, process driven environments

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems, tracking tools, and reporting
Experience supporting HR, recruiting, or workflow based processes

Responsibilities

Maintain real time tracking of candidate pipeline (status, stage, ownership)
Monitor candidate progression across screening, interviews, and onboarding
Support interview scheduling and coordination across stakeholders
Track SLAs (resume review, interview feedback, disposition timelines)
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and status updates
Monitor shared inboxes, queues, and intake channels
Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely execution
Support onboarding coordination (background checks, system access, equipment readiness)
Ensure data accuracy across systems (ATS, trackers, reporting tools)
