About The Position

OneTrust is seeking a Project Coordinator passionate about delivering software implementations and building excellent relationships with customers. This role involves owning guided onboarding and small project success from start to completion, coordinating across Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support teams to advocate for OneTrust and the customer. The goal is to provide a clear journey and onboarding experience, ensuring customer satisfaction by managing engagement scope, resources, and timelines, and providing clarity throughout the process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or other related field
Good prioritization and time management skills
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with a passion for technology
Hard working and determined individual used to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Independent worker who is able to problem-solve and process information quickly

Nice To Haves

Project Management certifications e.g. PMI, Prince 2
Previous Project Coordination experience
SAAS Implementation experience

Responsibilities

Engagement lead for "guided onboarding" & small projects
Provide clear & managed onboarding journey to the customer
Organize and provide Project Initiation, Kick Offs & Implementation Close
Plan creation, management & ongoing status reporting
Manage project scope, risks and issues
Set clear prioritization, objectives & expectations with the customer
Drive project momentum from workshop initiation to completion with focus on adoption
