Coordinates and administers assigned projects from contact to distribution. Requirements

  • Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Language Skills: Basic Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to communicate on the phone with clients and vendors on a regular basis.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Reasoning Ability: Basic Skills - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Computer Skills: Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet software, Internet Software, Order Processing Systems, Other
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • One-year prior related work experience.
  • Only considering candidates in the Nashville Metro Area.
  • Must be fully eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, initiate, maintain, and follow assigned sales order and/or project job responsibilities as directed
  • May schedule or notify clients of upcoming surveys, equipment startups or installations.
  • Track and report sales order/project progress, as necessary.
  • May work directly with internal or external customers to generate quotes and/or process orders and determine distribution schedules.
  • May provide authorizations or release for products.
  • Coordinate customer PO, credit, and/or billing.
  • Accurate order and/or data entry throughout project life cycle.
  • Making outbound calls to customer or any project stakeholder, as necessary.
  • May process shipping or returned materials.
  • May handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
  • May answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate personnel
  • May be required to provide after-hours support.
  • Reliable attendance is a must.
  • Other duties as assigned.
