About The Position

ENTRUST Canada is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Calgary to support the project management group. They offer a flexible work environment with a highly experienced technical team, where the candidate will be offered guidance and hands-on training and continuously challenged in all aspects of project execution.

Requirements

• Past experience with project coordination or project controls or administrative duties.
• Minimum 5 years' work experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide spectrum of clients
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
• Positive attitude, strong client focus and results driven
• Experience in the utility industry
• Experience with time tracking systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in Transmission utility projects
• Well-rounded and flexible individual with the ability to take ownership of projects and tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller engineering projects along with the technical lead
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and other business units
• Create client specific weekly and monthly reports
• Regularly review and update project costs, accruals, and forecasts.
• Create project plans and update throughout project
• Request quotes and subcontractor purchase orders
• Review and approve project invoices
• Attend and record action items for project meetings
• Assist Project Manager when assigned to larger projects
