The Project Coordinator provides essential project support to Project Managers and Principals across various practice areas. This role involves assisting with the creation of consultant and owner/architect agreements using AIA software, analyzing project data related to staffing and timelines, and maintaining up-to-date staffing information in collaboration with the Project Manager. The Project Coordinator will also update client contracts with negotiated terms, incorporate edits, and manage the submission and tracking of these contracts with the legal department. Additionally, the role includes sending correspondence to Consultants and General contractors, requesting Certificates of Insurance from the legal department, and supporting the Director of Operations/Project Managers with various administrative tasks. Depending on studio needs, responsibilities may extend to assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports, organizing meetings and appointments, ordering meals and setting up for internal and client meetings, and providing front desk support, including answering phones and managing deliveries and correspondence.
