About The Position

We are looking for a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the implementation of retail, POS, and shopper marketing projects for the German and international markets. Excellent German language skills (minimum B2/C1) are mandatory, as your daily communication will mainly be with promoters, partners, and internal teams in German. You will support the operational coordination of our projects—from planning and preparation to successful execution at the point of sale.

Requirements

Experience in project coordination, event management, retail, marketing, or a comparable field
Excellent German language skills (minimum B2/C1) – mandatory
Good English language skills for working in an international environment
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
Confident handling of digital tools and software

Nice To Haves

Experience in POS, retail marketing, promotions, or field marketing
Experience coordinating promoter or event teams
Knowledge of project management software and/or AI tools that support daily project work

Responsibilities

Supporting the planning and implementation of retail, POS, and shopper marketing projects
Coordinating promoter and field sales teams throughout project execution
Communicating with promoters, service providers, and internal teams in German
Supporting the selection and organization of project staff together with the Recruiting team
Preparing and maintaining project briefings, documentation, and operational guidelines
Monitoring project progress and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Collecting feedback from on-site teams and supporting continuous quality improvements
Preparing project reports and summaries
