GFT is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our expanding Power Group. This role will be based in Roanoke, VA, Charlotte, NC, or Monroeville, PA with the option for fully remote work for experienced candidates. Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Associate’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Nice To Haves

  • CAPM certification
  • Experience in the energy industry or consulting services environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager and Functional Team Leads by tracking open project resource requests
  • Assist in monitoring the project schedule
  • Assist with preparation of cost proposals and change orders
  • Support project status meetings and compile meeting minutes
  • Communicate relevant information to all team members under guidance of Project Manager
  • Prepare project accrual and forecasting reports with guidance
  • Utilize project management software to set up and enter applicable data
  • Compile required documentation for all new and active projects
  • Prepare and maintain electronic and hard copy project folders
  • Participate in project audits
  • Support internal KPI dashboards and track performance metrics
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
