The Project Coordinator works hand in hand with local management and employees assigned to the particular area of responsibility. The person acts as a liaison between the client and various stakeholders within the organization. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Retail Senior Manager. In this role, your responsibilities will be: Compile data and information and prepare communications and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, including visually engaging keynote presentations (advanced transitions, animations, and digital imagery) Conduct quality control and assurance of all outgoing communications Manage working relationships with interdepartmental groups and staff, with strong written and verbal skills to external and internal audiences and customers through actionable plans Develop executive briefs (concise one-page summaries) and supporting materials for key initiatives and events Create custom visuals, icons, and digital assets to enhance communications and presentations Transform complex data into clear, compelling visualizations and insights Support Executive Comms & Keynotes Perform other related duties as required
