About The Position

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support a leading medical device company that specializes in highly advanced patient simulation technology used in healthcare training environments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is confident, personable, and looking to build a long-term pathway in business administration, operations, or project coordination. The team is looking for someone who communicates well, carries themselves professionally, and is comfortable being on the phone and handling a high volume of interactions daily. Candidates coming from fast-paced customer-facing environments—especially the restaurant or hospitality industry—tend to do extremely well in this role.

Requirements

• Confident individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
• Strong personality — professional, upbeat, and reliable
• Excellent soft skills — communication, organization, and problem-solving are critical
• Customer service experience (restaurant, hospitality, retail, call center, or similar)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems
• Interest in building a career in business administration, operations, or project coordination

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of contact for incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate service, support, and logistics across multiple internal business units
• Work within a CRM system to document all interactions, updates, and task progress
• Manage a high volume of requests while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and field/service personnel
• Support various administrative and coordination tasks tied to ongoing projects
• Ensure all customer needs are routed, tracked, and followed through to completion
