Project Coordinator Looking for a fast paced environment where your communication, people, and problem solving skills can shine? Be the everyday hero helping customers and teammates. Let’s talk about you- as a Kitchen Magic Project Coordinator! What does the position entail? Let customers know they come first- you will help transform their home. Dynamic communication! Be the hub for installers, vendors and team members on projects. Coordinate and confirm installation and materials delivery schedule. Take action! Work closely with teammates, ensure great communication and high customer satisfaction Schedule and confirm appointments with customers and installers. Assist installers by taking material orders and problem solving. Swoop in and solve problems- all with a positive attitude. Fast action and resourceful thinking when called upon. Less heroic but necessary: maintain and process documentation as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Super (internal and external) customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior home improvement industry experience preferred.
