Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• three (3) years of experience in Project Coordination and Management activities within the regulated; Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
• Bilingual, Spanish, and English (good communication skills).
• Provide administrative support, meeting minutes, action tracking, document control, logistics, contractors escort, and site coordination.
• Support preparation of procurement packages, RFIs, and submittal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support during the project.
• Manage contractors at the field, coordinate construction permits, promote contractor safety compliance, ensure construction control plan implementation, and serve as a link between contractors and area owners.
• Resolve issues and work coordination between contractors.
• Participate in the manufacturing project planning activities, generate the mechanical completion documentation, and provide support during the change control tasks completion among other activities.
• Documentation includes inspections, estimate reviews for completeness, layout evaluations, construction plans, on-the-field schedule reviews, etc.
