About The Position

Apex Order Pickup Solutions is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team onsite at their global headquarters in Mason, Ohio. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer support specialist with strong technical, diagnostic, project coordination, and communications skills. Apex Order Pickup Solutions builds automated smart locker systems that make order handoff fast, secure, and predictable. Their technology replaces crowded counters and unsecured shelves with streamlined, self-serve pickup that reduces lines, eases labor strain, and improves order accuracy for both operators and guests. They serve restaurants, colleges and universities, airports, casinos, healthcare facilities, retail, and other high-volume environments with solutions that scale and integrate with existing ordering and POS systems. Requirements

  • Strong customer service 'heart' and the confidence and professionalism to interface with our industrial client base at many organizational levels.
  • Strong documentation skills required as well as timely follow-up is a necessity for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, backed up by strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Driven by individual results but not at the detriment of the team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to earn the client's trust and confidence with and without face-to-face contact.
  • Multi-tasking superstar who thrives on variety and meeting seemingly impossible challenges.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to train and work in a hands-on environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but it is not a requirement.
  • Associates degree or relevant work experience related to computer/device support, electrical/mechanical equipment is a plus, but it is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an upbeat, professional team environment supporting the technical aspects of project implementation and providing ongoing software/hardware support for the client base.
  • Full life cycle project implementation.
  • Provide remote support for new equipment installations.
  • Plan and host web-based software training sessions with end users to educate and promote skill transfer.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business processes/standards/testing requirements through a variety of training methods including classroom, hands-on, and site visits (travel will be less than 5%).
  • Product Testing and Device Testing for internal purposes.
