About The Position

At STURDY., we thrive when our people thrive. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to help drive the planning and execution of creative and production projects across our studio. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and confident taking initiative to move projects forward. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Producers, Project Managers and Creative Leads to manage timelines, deliverables, and team workflows—ensuring every project stays aligned with client goals and internal standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in project management tools such as Monday, Google Suite, Slack, and Dropbox.
  • Comfortable working extended hours and weekends during peak production periods.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in project coordination, production management, or operations—ideally within a creative agency, live event production, entertainment, or content studio environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, oversee multiple deliverables, and support cross-functional teams.
  • Experience coordinating internal and client communications, scheduling, file sharing, and asset delivery across active projects.
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows—including pre-production, on-site logistics, content reviews, and final delivery.
  • Proficiency with project management and communication tools such as Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Frame.io.
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort handling light production errands or on-site support as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in creative or production environments is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., communications, project management, media, or design) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day coordination of assigned projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and key communications.
  • Spearhead project planning by creating schedules, trackers, and task lists that align with client and team needs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between creative, production, and operations teams to keep workflows smooth.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks, roadblocks, or timeline adjustments as needed.
  • Own the organization of project files, meeting notes, documentation, and feedback cycles.
  • Support internal reviews and client deliveries, ensuring materials are properly QC’d and aligned with creative direction.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and collaborators to ensure expectations are clear and consistently met.
  • Support render tracking, content delivery workflows, and collaboration with Render Wranglers when needed.
  • Support project closeout and archiving procedures, ensuring all project assets, records, deliverables, and documentation are properly organized and accessible.
