About The Position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for project management of complex projects and designated Home Services business processes. Coordinates projects at multiple sites for Home Services Directors, Managers and staff. Complexity is defined by number of sites, affected staff, duration, creation and maintenance and required computer technologies. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree - Business or a medical administrative field.
  • In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties upon hire.
  • 5 years - Experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree - Business or a medical administrative field.
  • 2 years - Experience in a health care environment.
