About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining, updating, and coordinating the scheduling of field clinicians, including therapists (occupational OT, COTA, speech ST, and physical PT, PTA), nurses (registered nurse RN, licensed vocational nurse LVN), aides, medical social workers MSW, and staff. The position requires conducting oneself in a professional and courteous manner, answering the telephone and receiving messages pleasantly and professionally, and receiving and submitting faxed information and e-mail. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the confidentiality of all protective health information. The coordinator will also assist in the production and completion of requested documents, such as plans of care, ensuring all documents are grammatically correct and spelled correctly. Additionally, the role involves providing information by answering questions and requests, completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results, and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. The coordinator will also resolve administrative problems by coordinating the preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions. Job duties may be modified based on experience and fit within the company.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year home health care administrative experience required.
  • Kinnser software experience required
  • Spanish speaking required
