About The Position
Rainbow Restoration of the Tri-Cities is seeking a Project Coordinator to help coordinate restoration and reconstruction projects from scope to completion. This role involves managing schedules, materials, subcontractors, customers, documentation, and jobsites. It is not a desk-bound position, requiring the ability to think, communicate, organize, anticipate problems, and execute. A well-performed role ensures Project Managers can lead effectively, crews are informed, materials arrive on time, subcontractors know expectations, customers are updated, and projects progress smoothly.
