About The Position

CalSign Wholesale, a division of Ultimate Image Printing, is a fast-growing wide-format printing company that has recently diversified into illuminated/non-illuminated signage, monuments, pylons, and other fabricated structures. We are looking for qualified and reliable Project Coordinator with experience in the Signage industry. The Project Coordinator will speak to clients via telephone and email, assist with estimating, convey production specs to the production team, and follow up with clients regarding delivery and status of the order. Project Coordinators manage all communication with clients and Account Managers regarding their orders to ensure a simple ordering process and smooth completion.

Requirements

• Experience in the Signage industry.
• Experience in sign manufacturing and installations.
• Experience in the printing industry.
• Experience in electrical sign manufacturing.

Nice To Haves

• Use of Cyrious Control Software.
• Experience with UL certification.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and LED Wizard.

Responsibilities

• Speak to clients via telephone and email.
• Assist with estimating.
• Convey production specs to the production team.
• Follow up with clients regarding delivery and status of the order.
• Manage all communication with clients and Account Managers regarding their orders.
• Translate client drawings and written/verbal descriptions into a quotable project.
• Calculate square footage and linear inches.
• Email clientele and follow up on quote requests to increase close rates.
• Answer phones and communicate with clients, other team members, and vendors.
• Work in a team environment and have a "go where the work is" mentality.
• Communicate with clients about the status of projects and relay changes to production.
• Reach out to vendors to communicate needs, gather estimates, and place orders.
• Determine projects that are a good fit for our company based on a basic understanding of sign fabrication and printing processes.
• Research the best methods and adapt to new techniques.
