About The Position

TM Signs and Graphics is an expanding sign company in Bakersfield seeking a Project Coordinator to help move custom projects from estimate to completion. You will develop estimates, coordinate with internal staff and outside vendors, track multi-step projects, and keep clients informed throughout the process. This is a hands-on role in a small, high-energy team where organization, clear communication, and independent problem-solving matter.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate client estimates.
Facilitate projects from start to finish by coordinating internal teams and outside vendors.

Spot and resolve issues independently while managing day-to-day project needs.
