The Project Coordinator will be responsible for effectively multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. This role involves attending job walks and design review meetings, submitting RFIs and material purchase orders, and attending project coordination meetings. The Project Coordinator will also coordinate and track field activities, assist with job start-up and project file set-up, and distribute project schedules and acknowledgement letters. Additionally, the role includes preparing and compiling meeting minutes and job progress reports, organizing and filing project paperwork, tracking change orders and RFQs, and interacting with clients and subcontractors. The Project Coordinator will utilize a subcontractor log to monitor subcontract execution and submit O&M manuals by the date of substantial completion. Miscellaneous tasks as assigned will also be part of the responsibilities.
