Hermanson is seeking a Project Coordinator. This person will support the Hermanson leaders and employees at the Project Site. Responsibilities including but not limited to customer service, general clerical duties, and clerical support of the PM’s and Salespeople.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years progressive experience in performing duties and responsibilities similar to those mentioned above.
  • Have a strong motivational fit for mechanical systems, design, and construction.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate strong organization skills.
  • Possess good computer skills, including MS Office and being able to navigate databases, enterprise systems and online content with ease.
  • The successful candidate should have the ability to quickly learn Hermanson Company’s processes and procedures

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Opening projects once they have been awarded.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement, RFI and submittal logs.
  • Creating job books.
  • Creating site specific safety plans.
  • Permit assistance.
  • Creating and updating job folders.
  • Filling out subcontract request forms.
  • Compiling closeout packages upon project completion (O&Ms, warranty letters, as-builts, etc).
  • General support for both office and field such as: Gathering and generating submittal packages.
  • Processing purchase orders.
  • Journal adjustments.
  • Updating Stat Shortcuts/Executive Summaries.
  • Putting in print requests for the field.
  • Filling out expense reports for both field and office employees.
  • Sending out weekly transaction reports.
  • Track and update procurement log.
  • Scheduling events including but not limited to: Weekly/Monthly SPD Meetings.
  • Team Building Events/Quarterly Celebrations.
