About The Position

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project delivery, team collaboration, and operational excellence across international projects. This is a fully remote opportunity for specialists with 1–2 years of experience who want to grow in project coordination, Agile practices, and people-focused operations. You will work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Resource Management teams while contributing to high-performing delivery processes. Sigma Software collaborates with global Customers and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and professional growth. You will gain hands-on experience in Agile environments, work with modern collaboration and AI-powered tools, and develop competencies that can grow into Scrum Master and delivery management expertise. You will become part of a fast-paced project environment focused on coordination, communication, and team enablement. The role combines project support activities, recruitment coordination, and people-oriented initiatives to ensure effective collaboration and successful delivery outcomes across distributed teams. The project environment emphasizes Agile methodologies, transparent communication, process optimization, and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to operational efficiency initiatives using modern collaboration platforms and AI-powered tools.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, PM Assistant, Team Coordinator, or similar role
Good spoken and written English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments
Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflows or operational efficiency
Experience supporting recruitment processes or people management activities
Proactive and collaborative attitude

Nice To Haves

Understanding of Scrum Master responsibilities and Agile facilitation practices
Experience working with international distributed teams
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar collaboration tools
Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives
Background in IT outsourcing or software development environments

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and the Resource Manager to support efficient project delivery
Coordinate project lifecycle activities including project kick-offs, handovers, and closures
Monitor team morale and support healthy team dynamics through regular communication and feedback activities
Conduct meetings and support team members in people-related matters
Participate in performance review activities and contribute to employee development discussions
Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, schedules, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes
Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders
Support decision tracking and follow-up activities
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices
Assist in optimizing operational processes using AI-powered tools and automation approaches
