Execute the project coordination of our industry leading product lines for our North American customers and distribution partner network. Provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers. Has ownership documentation necessary for sales, production, installation, service, and maintenance of our products to the highest possible standards.

Requirements

3 years of project management and customer service experience
CRM and/or ERP experience is required
Display high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures
Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication
Excellent time management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Thrives in fast pace/high volume office atmosphere

Nice To Haves

Construction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage sales projects from order to completion
Support sales efforts to close business
Review & communicate technical information
Plan, implement and communicate project scope of work and schedule
Liaison with internal company departments
Order booking, job costing analysis, and approving projects for production release/scheduling
Accurately manage and forecast project backlog
