About The Position

NextShinning is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to support project managers and teams with project planning, scheduling, and communication. This role is suitable for a recent graduate or a professional starting a career in project management. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is USD 17–USD 27 per hour.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
Coordinate communication and activities among project team members and stakeholders.
Track project progress and regularly update status reports.
Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure files are up to date.
Identify and report potential project risks and issues to management.
