Russell Hendrix Foodservice Equipment is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Contracts team. In this role, you'll be at the centre of complex, multi-stakeholder projects: keeping timelines on track, connecting the right people, and making sure every detail is accounted for from start to finish. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a construction or equipment project coordination role
  • Familiarity with the foodservice or construction industry is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear and professional communicator, comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
  • Experience with project management software
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required

Nice To Haves

  • Post-secondary education in Project Management, Architectural Technology, or a related field is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate various projects, setting clear goals, deadlines, and objectives
  • Coordinate schedules, activities, and project personnel including contractors and other staff
  • Place orders for supplies and services
  • Track project progress and results, ensuring revenue is recognized and costs are recorded accurately
  • Consult with contractors and consultants on design, scope of work, cost, and bidding
  • Inspect and monitor construction to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Attend product knowledge sessions, training, and events as required
