The Project Coordinator provides essential project support to Project Managers and Principals across various practice areas. This role involves assisting with the creation of consultant and owner/architect agreements, analyzing project-related data such as staffing and timelines, and maintaining up-to-date staffing information. The Project Coordinator will also update client contracts with negotiated terms, manage the legal review process for these contracts, and communicate with consultants and general contractors. Additionally, they will request Certificates of Insurance and provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and Project Managers. Depending on studio needs, responsibilities may extend to assisting studio leaders with travel and expense reports, organizing meetings, ordering meals for meetings, and supporting front desk operations.
