The Project Coordinator will be responsible for performing project planning, identifying critical issues, and driving the project team to resolve gaps and problems. This role may involve direct interaction with various units, suppliers, customers, and other teams. Key activities include managing project schedules, providing status updates, collecting updates from team members, variance reporting, and risk reporting. The coordinator will also facilitate project teams, lead control meetings, and conduct chartering/planning sessions for medium to large projects. A significant part of the role involves maintaining program-level logs for issues/actions, risk registers, scope change requests, work plans, and cost tracking with minimal supervision from the Program Management Supervisor. The ultimate goal is to ensure projects are implemented successfully, meeting on-time, within-cost, and within-quality targets. Additionally, the role requires maintaining and improving processes for generating customer deliverables and analyzing project data to resolve schedule and cost issues.
