About The Position

Windsor Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator who is early in their career and ready to grow into a Project Manager role. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with some exposure to project work who wish to build real ownership in a supportive, structured environment. The role involves initially supporting experienced Project Managers and gradually taking ownership of individual projects.

Requirements

  • Around 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT, or a related field
  • Exposure to project-based work (internships or entry-level roles count)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in growing into a Project Manager role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with software or SaaS projects
  • Familiarity with Agile or tools like Jira

Responsibilities
