About The Position

Assisting with the organization and fulfillment of trading card assets to vendors for production. Works with project managers and management to provide updates to outside vendors, internal team and prepare projects.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge level of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Knowledge of cycle counting.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, manage, and ship assets needed for project completion to vendors.
  • Managing the End of Job inventory and keeping an accurate and up to date record for internal partners.
  • Posting production documentation to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Attending weekly meetings for production.
  • Manage project-related paperwork.
  • Other tasks as needed.
