Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple moving priorities without losing focus
- Comfort with systems, software, and documentation (or willingness to learn quickly)
- A proactive mindset and high level of personal accountability
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction, project coordination, or a fast-paced operational role (preferred but not required for the right person)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and communications
- Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
- Support project managers with subcontractor coordination and follow-up
- Maintain accuracy in project systems (ERP, CRM, document management)
- Organize and distribute plans, RFIs, submittals, and updates
- Ensure nothing slips through the cracks—ever
- Serve as the central point of communication across internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Help create structure and consistency across projects
