At STURDY., we thrive when our people thrive. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of creative, content, and live experience projects. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident taking initiative to keep projects moving forward. Reporting directly to the Producer, the Project Coordinator works closely with Creative and Content teams to maintain schedules, facilitate workflows, track deliverables, and support the successful delivery of projects. This is an internally focused role responsible for project coordination, media management, documentation, and archiving.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Frame.io, Suite Studio.
  • Understanding of content production pipelines, including content review, approvals, versioning, delivery, archiving, and media management workflows.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in project coordination, production management, or operations, ideally within a creative agency, live event production, entertainment, or content studio environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort handling light production errands or on-site support as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with 2D, 3D, motion design, TouchDesigner, Notch, Unreal Engine, render farm workflows, and large-scale content delivery processes is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., communications, project management, media, or design) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support project scheduling and tracking, including workback plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, deadlines, and task assignments.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow across Creative and Content teams.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, internal team check-ins, and follow-up action items.
  • Support Creative and Content teams throughout content development, review, delivery, and approval workflows.
  • Own project documentation and media management, including meeting notes, reporting materials, file organization, folder structures, version control, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
  • Support render tracking, content delivery workflows, and collaboration with Render Wranglers when needed.
  • Lead project closeout and archiving procedures, ensuring all project assets, records, deliverables, and documentation are properly organized and accessible.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving project management processes, content pipelines, and studio workflows.
