The University Design Institute (UDI) partners with universities, higher education systems, philanthropic organizations, and national governments to co-design innovative strategies that strengthen the future of higher education. UDI's U.S. Practice is committed to empowering regional public universities and public systems as they address the evolving demands of their students, states, and stakeholders. We partner with institutions and systems that serve as critical engines of access, mobility, and economic impact, particularly in communities that depend on public higher education the most. Our work emphasizes reimagining, redesigning, and rebuilding U.S. higher education in ways that enhance student success, workforce alignment, and community impact. UDI seeks a detail oriented, organized, and collaborative Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of client engagements and operational activities across the U.S. Practice. This role plays an important part in ensuring projects are well-coordinated and supported to ensure delivery of high-quality work. Working closely with project teams, the Project Coordinator will support project planning, meeting coordination, budget tracking and documentation, communications and event logistics across a portfolio of engagements. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their project management skills while contributing to meaningful work that advances the future of higher education. If you are passionate about organization, problem-solving, and supporting engagements that create lasting impact in higher education, this role is for you.
