About The Position

This position is attached to the Coffee Operating Unit. Project Coordinator / Data Analyst. Permanent, Full-Time. As a member of the Project team, you will contribute directly to Keurig’s ongoing operations, growth and innovation. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support projects and operations related to code creation for products, raw materials, packaging and marketing tools, as well as transition and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • College diploma in Business Administration, Administrative Technology or Computer Technology
  • Undergraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, data management or a related field
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience related to the role
  • Bilingual, English and French

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience in a similar industry would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of GS1 code structure
  • Knowledge of SAP manufacturing, demand planning and warehousing modules would be an asset
  • Interest in data management

Responsibilities

  • Create, request and activate codes for new products, raw materials, packaging and marketing tools.
  • Submit code creation requests and activate all new components implemented through projects and ongoing operations, across product portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, the Project Management Office, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Marketing and Procurement, to ensure that all required data is properly provided for product registration. This includes developing a strong network across teams to identify the right points of contact for each required input.
  • Explore and support multiple business initiatives to properly define requirements, establish priorities and timelines, and ensure coding activities are executed.
  • Flag and communicate any code execution risks that may delay or impact business initiatives.
  • Create product identification labels.
  • Ensure carton labels are created according to the various requirements of our partners and internal brands.
  • Collaborate with the appropriate departments to create new templates, adapt formats and resolve issues related to carton labels.
  • Manage transition projects for different types of initiatives.
  • Act as the owner of transition timelines.
  • Act as the point of contact to lead, coordinate and follow up on product and packaging transitions with the various stakeholders.
  • Manage obsolescence risks and propose strategies to minimize them, along with appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Act as the process owner: ensure that processes are properly followed. Maintain centralized documentation and knowledge to ensure business and operational continuity.
  • Optimize processes: proactively review process steps, inputs, outputs and stakeholders to propose improvements and efficiency gains, while maintaining expected quality standards, operational continuity and stakeholder capacity.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer: become the company’s point of reference for coding processes, keep standard operating procedures and related documentation up to date, and ensure knowledge transfer as well as business and operational continuity.
