About The Position

At Bond, we help global brands grow through customer-centric strategies, loyalty marketing, and human experience solutions powered by technology and data insights. Our Loyalty PMO team drives strategy and execution for some of the most recognized brands in the market — and we’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join us.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or a related role (agency or loyalty/marketing experience an asset).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in executing assigned projects.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Prepare agendas, contact reports, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Update monthly client status reports and presentations.
  • Manage schedules, timelines, and project documentation.
  • Track deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
  • Maintain desk procedures and process documentation.
  • Support enhancement projects, including liaising with digital engineers on progress updates.
  • Coordinate and schedule project, team, and client meetings.
  • Assist with timesheet tracking and project financials.
  • Support invoicing in alignment with billing schedules.
  • Contribute to account growth through proactive support and collaboration.
  • Foster a positive, solutions-focused team environment.
  • Participate in team meetings, goal setting, and performance discussions.
