About The Position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves project coordination responsibilities relating to technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery using Enterprise Change tools and guidelines. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate resources within and across various lines of business, balancing soft skills with technical requirements to ensure timely milestone delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong mix of technology delivery, governance/change management/project delivery role
• Basic understanding of Telecom deliverables, i.e., Avaya, Cisco and Ribbon voice technologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to senior leaders
• Adaptive learning capability to utilize new systems and/or processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends, based on project schedules

Nice To Haves

• Experience with BMC Remedy Tools (Change Management)
• ServiceNow experience
• Network Knowledge (IP Management/DHCP Address)

Responsibilities

• Define and evaluate problems and plan effective solutions
• Identify and mitigate potential issues to keep projects on schedule
• Succinctly present progress and issues, providing possible solutions
• Understand and manage stakeholder's expectations and objectives
• Identify changing project priorities and reallocate resources effectively
• Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
• Maintain system of records related to inventory detail updates
