About The Position

Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Conduct cybersecurity and risk management activities to include continuous monitoring and change management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance inspections. Administer systems and engineering to include configuration control, security patch management, monitor system health, and troubleshoot hardware and software interfaces. Conduct hardware and software upgrades, manage COMSEC accounts, and provide Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting report for enterprise users. Apply expertise in configuration management, life cycle support, document control, database management, and logistics engineering for hardware. Your blend of technical skill, problem‑solving ability, and mission focus enables you to keep critical systems running and secure. We’re looking for a System Administrator with experience in Windows system administration, virtualization, and classified environments to support reliable and secure operations within the Defense and Intelligence communities. As a System Administrator on our team, you’ll install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows‑based systems and virtual environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a system administrator, network technician, or cybersecurity technician
  • Experience supporting system security and authorization processes
  • Knowledge of providing support and problem resolution to IT systems or end users for client, server, storage, network devices, mobile devices, or computers
  • Knowledge of inventory management
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365
  • Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and pay strict attention to detail
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Top Secret and SAP Networks
  • Experience reporting IT security events or incidents based on policies and procedures
  • Experience reviewing vulnerability documentation and writing risk statements
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work independently
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
