The Project Coordinator is accountable and responsible for reporting, maintaining, and expediting key areas of the project cycle. This role involves coordinating and organizing activities surrounding the project cycle, monitoring each project from order entry to completion, and ensuring that identified issues are reacted to in a timely manner. The Project Coordinator will partner with all functions, especially Manufacturing or suppliers, to organize and support critical aspects to meet customer delivery. This role supports the Project Management team by capturing/interpreting/inputting/maintaining sales orders, participating in production meetings, maintaining/updating all project information through the ERP System, managing ship schedules, expediting projects/products, monitoring/maintaining critical project/program timelines, and coordinating shipment deliveries. The role also includes management of order entry data, manufacturing, and shipping documentation, developing competencies and technical skills focusing on the design, detail, quality, and engineering of our products, maintaining and managing individual project schedules through assistance in coordinating manufacturing, shipping, and installation, providing shipping instructions as required, including customer shipping specifications, providing customer service, sales support, and backup to the Project Manager, completing individual store quantity take-offs and multi-store roll programs, maintaining and updating running inventory reports for the team and customer, and distributing them as required. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will develop cost proposals for final review by the project team and upload and organize various field reports and other information on internal or external web-based sites.
