About The Position

Datavail is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and project teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects from initiation to completion. Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or support role
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
• Prepare and distribute project meeting minutes, agendas, etc.
• Assist Project Managers in monitoring project budgets, resource plans, resource utilization, tracking expenses and identifying potential variances.
• Assist Project Managers in coordinating and scheduling meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Assist Project Managers in monitoring and following up on RAID log activities from creation to closure.
• Assist project teams and project managers in making sure all project documentation is stored in designated systems.
• Collect, compile, and analyze project data to generate reports and dashboards.
• Assist in the development of project progress reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to the Project Manager.
