Project Coordinator Position Summary: Support Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers through the coordination and administration of industrial electrical engineering projects focused on power and controls/automation. Requirements

  • Ability to influence a team to meet expectations through communication, problem-solving, and flexibility in changing circumstances
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and proficiency in Microsoft office software
  • Desire to learn and develop project management skills as a foundation to a rewarding career

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of project documentation, scheduling, reporting, and administration through H2E’s project management processes, ERP system, and quality procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of project documentation to the H2E quality management system
  • Proactively communicate schedule commitments, changes, and potential risks to project teams
  • Build and participate in project teams as the champion to coordinate assignments to completion
