Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support Project Managers (PMs), Deputy Project Managers (DPMs), Project Accountants, and project teams across large and complex projects. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational project activities that help ensure projects remain organized, compliant, financially supported, and on schedule. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in reducing administrative burden on technical project leadership by supporting project coordination workflows, deliverable tracking, contract administration activities, billing readiness support, and day-to-day project operations. This position serves as a key liaison between project teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments to help maintain efficient project execution and consistent administrative processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.
