This position plays a key role in maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules, supporting cost tracking, preparing bid and permit documents, ensuring subcontractor pre-work compliance, organizing travel and housing logistics, and facilitating communication between office and field teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced project environment. The Coordinator helps ensure project activities remain organized, documented, and on schedule from project initiation through close-out.
