The Transportation Services department is responsible for providing a holistic transportation hub focused on addressing the planning, implementation, operations and delivery of all modes of transportation in the City of Ottawa, including safe, reliable and courteous transit services and excellence in customer service delivery to 100 million transit customers per year, by means of conventional bus, para transit and rail operations. You are responsible for implementing and managing various projects relating to the assigned Branch operations and mandate, including coordinating project functions, maintaining official business records, tracking project progress, facilitating communication among project members, and coordinating training and planning. You also support senior staff in the decision-making process by conducting research, compiling and analyzing research findings, preparing briefings, and writing reports and responses, and assist with the operating and capital budget for the Branch. In this role, you will support OC Transpo's Non-Fare Revenue programs, including transit advertising and other revenue-generating initiatives that enhance the customer experience and provide value to the City. The position works closely with vendors, business partners, and internal stakeholders to implement and enhance revenue programs, identify new opportunities, monitor financial and operational performance, and support the development of strategies that maximize the value of transit assets. You will also contribute to program reporting, stakeholder engagement, and the continuous improvement of existing and emerging revenue channels
