About The Position

Careers that Change Lives – In this exciting role you will be providing calibration equipment shipping, purchase requests, inventory management, restock ordering, customer and vendor relations in support of the Regional Calibration Manager and extended team. Including preparing equipment to be sent for calibration work, preparing RMA’s, creating purchase orders, boxing and shipping equipment, moving equipment to shipping areas, receiving and managing the status of equipment in the calibration database, compiling and reporting on information relevant to department metrics. Independent contributor that can manage and/or lead daily tasks and delivers on timelines. The Metrology Department Project Coordinator is a key cog in our team of 45+. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process. Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables. Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. Gathers and compiles information for reports. Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of project and/or administrative support
