Working directly with our Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers (PMs), you will manage project tracking, purchasing, job costing, and subcontractor coordination. This is a senior-level coordination role for a self-starter who takes personal accountability for data accuracy and ensures absolutely nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Experience in working with construction projects and field teams
  • Experience in technical field service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to be a working supervisor
  • Within commuting distance of the NY office/warehouse
  • Comfortable with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word)
  • A Master Organizer: You excel at software and project tracking tools, and you enjoy keeping fast-moving data visible and ordered.
  • Clear Communicator: You can seamlessly manage client expectations, mentor junior team members, and escalate field or safety concerns to leadership quickly.
  • Ethical & Accountable: You operate with total integrity and high personal standards for accuracy.
  • All Hands: You enjoy collaboration and pop-up situations that diverge from the every day routine. (For instance, planning a Christmas Party or temporarily picking up a portion of extra work for a colleague)
  • Field-Ready Aptitude: You have a high school diploma (or equivalent), strong computer skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Physically Capable: Ability to lift 50+ lbs (on occasion) to assist with material staging or shop/field support when needed.

  • Own all project-related purchasing and job costing, ensuring the absolute accuracy of project data.
  • Independently develop estimates, proposals, and scopes of work for smaller assignments (surveys, maintenance, inspections) and assist PMs with major project rollouts.
  • Keep field and PM teams running efficiently by assembling closeout packages, survey reports, and project documentation.
  • Represent the company at local trade shows and industry events to support corporate visibility.
