About The Position

The Project Coordinator I is the first point of contact in Denali's customer delivery experience. This role coordinates logistics, order tracking, and scheduling to support seamless project execution from purchase order through completion. The Coordinator I works directly with clients and vendors on day-to-day operational needs and provides direct support to Project Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of project coordination, logistics, or supply chain principles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to provide professional, client-facing status updates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to a positive client experience
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond promptly to client and team needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively; able to work with minimal supervision on routine tasks

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments, purchase orders, and logistics with clients and vendors to support on-time delivery
  • Provide customers with timely status updates on orders, deliveries, and project activities
  • Maintain and distribute project documentation including meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and schedules
  • Support Project Managers with client communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up action items
  • Serve as a day-to-day operational point of contact during active customer engagements
  • Track purchase orders and operational expenditures, assisting with project budget monitoring
  • Run reports and analyze data to support project tracking and customer reporting needs
  • Perform assigned project tasks and contribute to team deliverables accurately and on time
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
