The Korn Ferry Executive Search Practice has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator. This role is an integral part of the executive search team and a key driver of the search process. The Project Coordinator supports one or two Senior Client Partners, depending on fee revenues, and works interactively with other principals, senior associates, associates, and other Project Coordinators within the local office and other KFI offices, both domestically and internationally. The primary role is to manage the quality execution of search engagements and support the entire team on each engagement. This position requires extensive personal interaction with all team members, as well as with C-level candidates and clients. The role involves a "can do" attitude, insight into client needs, and a focus on achieving exceptionally high-quality and detailed results in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be collaborative, supportive, trustworthy, and a generous team-player who learns quickly, is intellectually hungry and curious, and can "own" a process while seeking guidance or escalating matters quickly.
